Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Allergy

A known case of dermatitis since childhood. Now the flare ups have reduced to once or twice a year. Got a pustule /sort of cystic acne on the top of my foot 2months back (picture attached) which didnt drain any pus but was all yellow,hard and painful with swelling all over the foot but resolved on its own after a month. Everything was goin fine except the skin on that spot was dark and a bit dry. But now it feels like some infection has started on the same spot. Small bumps very itchy ( NO pain or swelling ). It seeps little liquid droplets once a day. Kindly help. Thankyou
