Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Allergy
Asking For Self, Female 40, Rawalpindi
i have this skin allergy which aggravates early morning and at night. alot of itching on skin , small pimples and rash . then it disappears and appear at some other place. sometimes its food related too. like mangoes ,meat , dry fruit aggravates it. i already take 1 T day tab morning and 1 myteka evening . but its not helping. (i also have epilepsy, depression, anxiety so i take Epival , Tegrol, Velax too) . pictures are attached .(upper part of arm near shoulder and down the wrist. back of hand) plz help and suggest a medicine that can be taken with my epilepsy medicines.

You have not mentioned since how long your are having the Urticaria problem.
You must strictly avoid eating things that in your opinion brings on this rash.
It would be a lot better if you make an appointment for online consultation so that I guide you what things to avoid eating and how to manage Urticaria.

since last 5 years i m constantly taking T day for it . if i dont take it, it gets even worse. but these days its not in control with T day.
