Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Allergy

Asalamualikum my father has skin allergy problems from january 2019...first the allergy show on fingers it looked like fungus..doctr suggest him allergy tablets he started allergy medicine then after 1 week pimples like chikenpox appeared on his full body with full of iching he was not slept full night and day...then pimples were gone after 20 days but his 1 hand is swelling and both hands are paining.His hands skin become rashes and not stable..new skin comes very fastly...now his fingerprints also not be seen and 1 hand is still swell.i take him orlando...his bioscpoic skin test show that he has no fungal deseas also its not Eczema...US doctor said its Allergy..they said go and do allergy test....In pakistan i took him allergy specilist thay said without any test its not allergy go to skin doctr...im much confuse please guide me if u can help me.
