It is very difficult to comment without detailed history like since how long these pimples are there, what are the areas involved, any associated pain, itching, fever,.. How they progressing, static etc.. Also we need to examine the effected skin for better assessment. I will suggest to visit near by skin specialist, pediatric skin specialist or child specialist for proper assessment & better management.
