Talk to Dermatologist on Severe Hair Fall

I have a severe hair fall from last months. It's getting worse day by day. Whenever i comb or do wash my hairs there's a lot of hairs in my hand. Even when i just comb with my fingers there are a lot of hairs. I'm really worried about it. History: i don't have any disease but 2 months ago i got in typhoid and there were symptoms of covid but i didn't take the covid test. Neither my siblings nor my parents have this issue
