Looks like fungal/yeast infection of the scalp superimposed by bacterial infection, but I may be wrong.
If you have this, complete treatment is very prolonged but you will see good change in 4-weeks time.
However I don't know if you have qualified and experienced Dermatologist in your area. The doctor must examine your scalp clinically in person to make correct diagnosis.
