My brother is having this kind of skin rashes in shape of round rings and patches from 2 to 3 months. no dermatologist nearby so it's requested please advise some medication. Allah bless you
Apply clozox H cream twice a day on affected area only
Tab fexet 60mg once a day for itching
Keep towel, clothes separate
Avoid sweating
Oral medication will b required which needs to be monitored for treatment response and side effects. Get LFT test done for it

his SGOT ,SGPT are raised. their value is above the normal limit shown by the laboratory. it might be due to number of reasons. your brother needs a full examination with history . please book a consultation through Marham with a doctor in your area.
