Talk to Dermatologist on Probably Skin Issue
Asking for Self, Male, 24 years old, Sahiwal
Salam, I feel pins and needles on my skin in winter season only. I feel it under sunlight, warm temperature, while eating spicy foods or when I do any activity which makes blood circulation fast (exercise, running etc) and the most affected parts where is I feel it is my back and head. Kindly guide me is it skin issue or what and which specialist should I consult. Jazak Allah

keep the skin moisturized and warm and avoid excessive exposure to heaters/ sunlight. Avoid triggering factors. You can take tab softin OD at night for a week.
