Talk to Dermatologist on Premature Hair Fall

Hello. Since a very tender age, I am facing hair fall issues. The hairs that fall off are not even fully grown i.e. they get shredded off at a premature stage. I've used medical shampoos and also got a specially prepared "oil" from Fazal Din Pharmacy but that didn't even help my cause. I have dry, brittle and less dense hair that tend to fall off quite regularly. What should I do?
