I have this painful pox on my upper lip, with swelling, with dewy drops type watery discharge. What's the treatment for this? And why this happened?

Doctor, acylex ointment is only for external use so what to do for blister and swelling in inner side of lip? There is so much swelling in inner side of lip. Will applying this ointment on external lip will help to reduce swelling too?
