In the last three days, my father has developed a kind of white colored pox on his left underarm/armpit. Please let me know how it can be fixed. I have attached a picture as well.

Since when he has this. Only one armpit is involved? Is it itchy or painful?
I think he shld visit a dermatologist ASAP to get evaluated n assessed....so treatment can be started
