I've pimples on vagina from last 3-4 years and they are puss filled sometimes they increase in size and quantity... what's the reason behind this? Unmarried

Could be folliculitis if u r having wax or could be ingrown hair.in both cases treatment is stop doing waxing. Apply some antibacterial lotion and have laser of that area
