Talk to Dermatologist on Pimples On Forehead

Assalam o Alaikum . I have tiny pimples on forhead which are less in this winter season but in summer these are too much prominent. Even everyone can see these pimples from a distance.
So plz it's a request to guide is it acne ? And recommend any ointment for it.. JazakAllah.!
Seems like acne, acne can aggravate in summers. Stop using any creams and avoid makeup. Wash it thoroughly if at all used. Apply Fasoderm F gel in 1/2 pea size amount on affected area for 2 hours at night. Use for a month at least and than update. (Posts are never a substitute to consultation )
