Em um married no other health issue.. i do have problem of warts due to hard soul shoes.. but is tarhaa se mere heels pe kuch ban gya of both foot..now.please.guide.me.what is this?. ..

It seems only dry dead skin n nothing else.. Kindly use soft sole comfortable shoes. Apply white petroleum jelly daily at night.. Soak feet in mild hot water for 15 min and add few drops of olive oil in it.. Then rub ur feet with feet scrapper.. They'll b fine

On second thought the pain maybe be due to Boney Spurs in the heel bone. Diagnosed by an X-ray of the foot. I am saying this because the skin thickening is not marked to cause you severe pain. But then again clinical examination is absolutely necessary.
