asalamwalaikum, it can be post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and it takes time to fade out from 3 to 6 months ,there are multiple options cream,lasers and chemical peeling etc ,as you can't go outside kindly apply dermaclin forte cream daily at night regularly for 2 months then tell response
