Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Peshawar
I have open pores and white heads on face. My question from dermatologist is there any permanent solution of these open pores if yes then ,can i use any cream for these ? I have seen that face cream doesn't work is it true . kindly guide or or if u can any best cream here then do it . I will b thankful because i have already use many creams from acne in teenage , for spots and then for brown tags ,acne cured by the time but there are seborrheic keratosis which according to dr's will continue all my life and just will cure temporary with plasma pen or electrocautry , or lazer or nitrogen freezing.

If you keep on applying oily creams on your face you will continue to break acne, black and white heads. Keep your face skin slightly on drier side by frequent washing either with a mild soap or mild face wash and you won't have much black or white heads.

There is no medical treatment of open pores. You may go for TCA peel or PRP. However my advise would be to go for few sessions of TCA peel. Ask the doctor which TCA he/she uses. It should be of very good quality stuff preferably SkinTech's TCA peel.
I don't know if any one uses that brand or ever heard of it.

these are harmless lesions and if you r worried about their cosmetic or aesthetic appearance then regular sessions of standardized hydrafacial every month for atleadt 6 months and specific meds hrlp a lot.
