Assalam o Alaikum . I am asking for my mother she is diabetic patient and taking insulin and her diabetics medicine. She is facing such type of nail problem from few months. I don't know it's fungual infection or something else. So plz guide me about this and plz recommend any ointment for it.

wsalam, its fungal infection of nail. will need oral treatment . you can apply terbiderm solution twice a day for 3 months.
is there involvement of single nail or other nails are involved toooo.....
any history of trauma/injury to the nail....
