I’ve been having pain in big toe nail since a month. At first it was only on the left toe nail then the left got a little better and it started in the right. A few days back it went away in both the nails now again I’m having it. It has no fixed place sometimes it’s the base of the nail bed other times it’s on the right or left. It’s very tender to touch or press. There hasn’t been any trauma or injury to it.

kindly I want to clear that on basis if pic it's difficult to interpret the exact cause and here is multiple cause of pain in big toe so it's better to book video consultation via MARHAM so that fully guide you which investigations you should carry out and for pain apply cold or hot compress and don't wear tight shoes thanks
