Assalm o Alaikum

I am facing toe nail fungual infection . I started using "Genticyn Cream" twice a day from 2 weeks. Now I can see yellowish part on my toe nail. Kindly guide is it improving or going to be worst ? And should I use "Terbiderm Solution" or not ?

And if this is not good then kindly recommend any ointment as I am sharing after picture.

Moreover there is blackish skin as I highlighted in picture . Is it due to fungual infection ? Thank you !
