Talk to Dermatologist on Lose And Unhealthy Face Skin

8 year back in 2012 I face saver acne problem.. my whole facial skin replaced twice ..due to usage of high potency medicine i face backbone problem ..premature hair problem..and kidny stone...from 2016 onward I am heathy ..no facial acne but acne problem on chest and private parts..but there is no acne on face...grey hair problem is with me ..my stomach is ok ..physically I am more than 100 percent. but most irritating problem is lose and unheathy facial skin ... I gain weight and lose it back and forth ... now want treatment for lose and unhealthy facial skin...and acne on chest and private parts..please guide me
