. i am having severe Lichen planus and have been taking steroid course twice since 6 months. but as soon as I stop taking medicines, they occur again and even bad then before. I just want to know IF THERE IS ANY CURE FOR THIS SKIN DISEASE ðŸ˜

Thanks for your reply. i don't see an option to post pic. i was applying clobederm. took course of steriods started from 8 tablet a day for 2 weeks and reduced biweekly one by one. exact name i forgot and now have thrown the bottle as well. with that took imuran for two months. now have stoped everything because I was having really bad side effects plus due to fear of losing immunity during this pandemic. and now these lesions have started again v badly.

and it's almost everywhere on my body now. started from wrist, thighs and now I have it on my belly arms ankles under side of knees and upper/inner thighs.
so sooo itchy in nights. i take rigix but it's not v helpful in controling itching

asalamwalaikum. on the base of watching pic I must say that it can be lichen planus but not sure ,if its confirmed lichen planus then you should know that its chronic relapsing disease and its treatment should be in step wise manner
use clobevate ointment not cream 0.05% and apply daily at night for 6 weeks
tab.piriton 4mg daily at night
after 6 weeks tell the response ,also check for hepatitis c

dear dr. alina thank you for your reaponse. yes I have checked for Hepatitis C and it was fine. i had used clobe gel and clobederm ointment as well for several weeks.It was after that I was suggested for steriods.
it's not on face. but i feel one or two around my neck. i can try this ointment again.

yes again try this ointment for 6 weeks and kindly remember its chronic disease, its recurrence is common. At one time you will feel no symptoms but other time you will have same comlaint.
