Talk to Dermatologist on Lichen Planus

Asking for Wife, Female, 47 years old, Cairo Egypt

My wife was diagnosed first as urticaria and then as Lichen Planus on her skin. Started with ankles and spread to back legs and recently to arms. It's been almost 2 weeks since first appearance. Very itchy. She has been given different types of cortisone injections and currently she is on a medication called Aerius and elocon cream. We can not see any embetterment, on the contrary.
