Please tag any dermatologist. I am going through itching on both sides of femoral triangle from almost 1 week. it looks like dry patches ,but it's very itchy please suggest any ointment or tablet etc as I don't have any dermatologist nearby due to rural area. I am attaching pics of affected area. thank you
The rash looks like fungal infection but I would like you to consult me online so that I can see the rash closely and talk to you details.

thank you for your reply. but sir I have posted enlarged pics so that most probably we can't see it on video call. it looks like a dry patch ( dhaddar type in local language ) if you don't mind please suggest some basic medication. Thank you

I cannot advise proper medicine without first examining your rash in real time. It's unethical and dangerous.
Though I can safely advise you to apply Vaseline at least twice a day. You will feel the difference.
