Talk to Dermatologist on Irregular Periods, Facial Acne
Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Faisalabad
my age is 26.having irregular periods. facing hirutism and facial acne.my dermatologist prescribed me some tests.reports are below.due to lock down unable to visit doc. plz give ur reviews on repots.
If you were in Karachi I would have treated your problem well. First of all repeat your Serum Testosterone levels and U/S pelvis at the time of ovulution ie 14 days BEFORE the start of your next periods. Have Sr Testosterone levels done from AKUH lab. I would also like you for Serum Insulin levels too.
When you have the reports go to a qualified Endocrinologist first and then later to a Dermatologist.

In Female Acne Vulgaris and Hirsutism indicate hormonal disturbance and it's due to number or disorder but Pcos is the most common one.
In PCos treatment varies from patient to patient and depends what multiple issues she has.
Acne is treated by creams and Oral drugs.

Yes it looks like your do have PCOs. If your periods are not regular then 1st you will have to do charting every month. In addition to that you must also consult an endocrinologist now to have your periods regularized. it's important because on the basis of the reports your future treatment will depend on it.
