Inner Thigh Rash And Vaginal Itching

Question

I am facing severe itching on my vulva, it occurs specially at night and after taking a bath. At first I had no physical symptoms but now I can see Red shiny type rash on one side of my inner thigh. It has been a month now. Kindly tell me the solution.

Asalamwalikum, kindly upload pic of rash if possible most likely fungal infection ,start applying canesten cream two times daily after washing and drying effected area
