I Have Dark Skin Patches On Every Joint

Aoa. I need to ask about the dark skin patches on my hands (knuckles specially), my feet, underarms and under legs and my neck as well. Can u plz suggest me some cream to remove the scarry layers of the skin and to get a clear and soft one. Plz help me on this isshe. Because it makes me feel awkward to put forward my hands in front of anyone

Thanks for contacting. Pigmentations on knuckles could be because of multiple reasons, ranging from simple cause like racial reason, eczema to more complicated issues like connective tissue disorders. Pigmentation on neck and arm pits is most likely insulin resistant.

Your problem should not be hyperpigmentation, rather you should visit a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and then treatment will be given according to your disease. Hyperpigmentation can be due to lot of reasons
