was for this u need to visit a dermatologist so that he/she can remove this by doing chemical peels,otherwise no creams are available for this..

it can be due to obesity as well... important is to examine and run tests n find cause rather just putting dust and covering the basic internal issue:)

Thanks for contacting. Pigmentations on knuckles could be because of multiple reasons, ranging from simple cause like racial reason, eczema to more complicated issues like connective tissue disorders. Pigmentation on neck and arm pits is most likely insulin resistant.

Your problem should not be hyperpigmentation, rather you should visit a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and then treatment will be given according to your disease. Hyperpigmentation can be due to lot of reasons
Hyperpigmentation can be due to many reasons. But with proper history n examination one cant be certain. U shld visit a dermatologist near u to get a better view n treatment.
