Talk to Dermatologist on Hormonal Acne

I was suffering from insulin resistant pcos .my periods were disturb. I got treatment for it and now my periods are regular from last one year but still i am suffering from acne .my acne is not that severe but it usually come n go . Ita get worst before periods . Kindly suggest any cream or do i need any oral medication .. This pic is for reference
