Talk to Dermatologist on Herpes Since 10 Years

im married and gor herpes si ce 10 years .i gor treatmenr after diagnosis of herpes which was 10 yeara ago and aftwr that i didnt have no problem but some times i wld get acne like pimples on my privates and within 2 or 3 days they wld go away . but now i get herpes sores quite often around vaginal area. And very 1sr time I recently got cold sores on my lips and it just depressed me . I need an effective medicine to keep cold sore ratio down . which ointment and medicine I can use permanently to reduce the chances of cold sores
