Talk to Dermatologist on Heel Injury/infection
Asking for Sister, Female, 38 years old, Karachi
My sister-in-law has this problem on her left heel. Initially dr thought that it is dry skin and its splitting up. It has been more than a year the heel gets better in winters and she is using diavonex and S/ acid cream on Dr’s prescription but didn’t get any better.

Wrong choice of medicines because wrong diagnosis. She has lichenified chronic eczema. If the patient lives in Karachi, please ask her to visit my clinic located at dou Talwar Clifton. After clinical examination and history taking of the skin lesion, I might write her a prescription formula of a medicine to be dispensed by dispensing chemist.
