Talk to Dermatologist on Heat Rash

few days ago my neck was itching and i had a burning sensation it was nothing there but after 2 days My skin turned red and had painful red pimples .. i applied Prickly Heat and its cream to feel cold and then the next day my family doctor recommended me Fudic cream 1.1.1 .. I used this medicine wo 2 days i felt good but now they have turned Into watery pimples and The burning feel i felt on my neck is the same burning sensation im feeling on the edge of my palm .. i need help
