For starters wash your hair daily and use hair conditioner also. When you apply hair conditioner let it on for 2 minutes and then wash. But wash with very little water as I want the hair conditioner to remain sticking to the hair. Pat dry your hair between towel.
Use wide toothed comb. Do Not use hair brush at all.
See for few days. If not better come to my clinic as I works like to examine your hair and then prescribe you meds.

thanQ but actually after marriage i m washing my hairs with too salty water kindly tell me any thing to rescue my hairs from damage and frizz

You didn't give the info that you are using salty water. that's the reason your hairs have become dry. Do everything that I have mentioned earlier but also apply olive oil to your hair after your hairs have dried out. Just maybe a teaspoon of it.
