Dear Female 23 for post delivery hairloss is a normal due to shift in harmones which leads to temporary hair loss .The good news is hair loss is temporary & hair will grow back .However you are advised to take a good balanced diet ,supplements (with gynaecologist advice) & use sulphate free shampoos & conditioners . Plz avoid hair oils & over stressing yourself on the issue which will add to the hairloss.
