Talk to Dermatologist on Hairfall

History; -Father and elder brother are victims of hairfall and baldness. -Maternal side has very good hair, Mamus have full head even in 60s. -Had Acne -Had anxiety 6 months ago for a short time but serious one.

Issue; I started noticing hair were falling 2 weeks ago, 30-40 hair at hand while oiling (got hair cut v short), No hair on pillow, only 2-4 hair on comb after combing. After 2 weeks the number has reduced to 10-15 and hair have grown now (normal growth) I did daily oiling, used dove soap instead of shampoo, used onion juice and egg mixture with coconut oil. But the issue is no difference/growth is seen on the affected area. The longer ends of hair are thin when growing out. Experiencing headache at top of the head for last 4 days. Scalp me daane bhi hen about 4-5, and almost no dandruff.

Pls guide; -What type of hairfall is this? Is it male pattern baldness and due to heredity? or something else? Due to stress? -Any supplements/vitamins that should be used -Which s
