Hair Loss Problem

Question

Assalmoalaikum, I have a problem of hair loss. Excessive hair loss occur during bath or to comb hair.
Actually i am patient of autoimmune disease that is sero negative rheumatoid arthritis for 6 years, for that i am using proper medication. My blood tests are fine.
So what is the solution to get rid of hair loss problem. Should I use some proper shampoo etc or it need some allopathic treatment. Kindly guide. Thanks.
