I am losing hair from the top of my head i am only 26 and hair loss started when i was 18. the hair loss is not very much its progression is slow but i dont want to use minoxidil or go for hair transplant. i want a natural remedy to thicken my remaining hair and stop hair fall. i also have family history of hair fall. please give me the advise to get my hair back

What you have and progressing is called androgenic alopecia or male pattern baldness. There are very few clinically proven medicines to date that helps in hair Regrowth and among them minoxidil is the oldest of all. There is no natural remedy.
