Dear patient, from the picture it looks you have male type hair loss ,their could be some other factors involve too. You need to do some tests. Please consult dermatologist for treatment.
Please try to understand that if shampoos and oils were responsible for hair growth or stopping hair fall, then there wouldn't be any bald person on earth.
Although the picture you have posted is not a good picture but I can see that your baldness is pretty bad.
Since I am located at Karachi, therefore you are advised to consult a qualified Dermatologist near you who has vast experience in treating baldness like yours.
However if for any reason you visit karachi I will be delighted to treat your baldness. Please note that I will be away from Karachi until 15August. So if you want to come, please do so after that date.
