I wana ask that does migraine causes hair fall? About a year ago I was diagnosed with migraine and I am having way too much hair fall after that. Started taking iron supplements a while ago but can't see any visible changes. Kindly recommend any vitamins for hair loss and hair thickness. Plus what Changes should I make in my diet?
If your are under any kind to high level of stress, that can cause hair loss. Other factors include diet, iron deficiency, protein deficiency, hormonal abnormality and some kind of infection of the scalp.
This has to be checked by a Dermatologist in your city. A Dermatologist with experience in treating hair issue.
