Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Fall Due To Sebhorrhoic Dermatitis

I am a diàgnosed case of sebhorroiec dermatitis for 10 years and i have been taking treatment for 10 years but i am too tired now, my hair started falling out and became rough, dry and thin so i decided to go for xtenso hair straightening because it had become very difficult to manage hair. I stopped taking medications and my hair fall has started again with mild to moderate dandruff and excessive sebum production causing foul smelling. I had tried ketoconazole, steproxal etc. But nothing seèmed to work. My hair volume has decreased with nò visible growth. I have been facing this for 10 years, pleasee help. Also i am a medical student myself and have consulted many renowned doctors and stuck to their treatment to but nothing seem to work.
I don't know where you live and who had been trying to treat your skin condition for 10 years with no significant response. It takes less then a year to get rid of that condition.

SD is controllable . stop getting straightening treatments and last but not the least stop taking stress. Daily hair wash with diluted shampoo and avoid hot water. And Pls take an appointment for proper treatment
