Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Fall

Meri sister ko Dermatologist ne mesotherapy ka kaha hai bt she didn't want this treatment bcoz it's directly injected into a scalp so Dr said ap isku apne hathoo se scalp pe laga lain so Question is ,is it safe ? koi infection tu nhi hoga or koi complication tu nhi aye gi. there's no info on net about this kindly guide kr dain
