I have hair fall problem, my hair are getting thin,weak and small in size like baby hairs.....is it safe to take any medicine like finasteride.....

dear doc I can't afford prp session right now and at the time only one FDA approved oral medicine is available which is fenosteroide to control DHT level.....attaching some pics
