Asking for Self, Female, 21 years old, Karachi
I am currently undergoing treatment for Diffuse Hair Loss for the past 3 months. I used to have very dense and thick wavy hair. I have much much thinner hair (but no bald spots), which is straighter with slight wave. My hair has never been chemically treated or dyed, and very rarely been used heat on.
Recently, I've noticed my hair is drying very fast (it dried in15 minutes after being soaking wet. No blowdry etc.) and generally has been dry and dull looking. My roots have been getting greasy much faster too, but the ends remain dry. I could go upto 5 ish days without needing to properly wash my hair but now it gets greasy in 3 days, sometimes less. I am currently using these medicines: Semplicita Spray for Thinning Hair, every night Climbazam Shampoo, twice a week (previously was on Provate S lotion and Ketoconaz shampoo, which was then replaced by Climbazam) Hairins Lotion, twice a week, a few hours before i wash my hair. To add shine and luster etc. to my hair. Hair-Lif

Kindly consult skin specialist !
Dear Patient, you need to visit the dermatologist. If these medicine are prescribed by any Dermatologist plz contact him too. If not satisfied, plz take another opinion. Dr may go for some lab investigation too. Feel free to contact further.
use revivogen shampoo and revivogen hair mask weekly. climbazam should be used twuce weekly. stop using semplicuta spray. cap priorin twice daily.
I would really suggest that you consult a qualified Dermatologist because you are young and what you describe about your hair looks like they are in a mess and with passing time the condition may become irreversible. What your need is proper labs and assessment. and then treatment.
