By gentle cleansing, exfoliating with microbead scrubs, moisturising & applying glycolic creams..
You cannot whiten your skin un-naturally. It's the colour you have. If you bleach the area may have some serious side effects.
To keep the area healthy, must wash it soap and water at least once or twice a day and keep the area dry. If the area is kept moist, it attracts infection and other problems.
