If its in ur family tht hair turn grey early then much cant be done abt it. Only option remains to dye ur hair. The one tht are not grey can be stopped by using few multivitamin n improve diet with more iron intake.

it's in your maternal or paternal family to have gray hair at an early age. That's the only reason.
