Asalamwalikum,kindly simple apply travogen cream which is antifungal and having no steroid ,avoid such antifungals which having steroids in combination ,apply this cream daily for two times for 14 days and keep area dry and your towel and soap should be separate ,after 14 days can tell me treatment response if it will spread then suggest you oral antifungal then
