Our skin has cells which produce our pigment (colour). These cells are called Melanocyte. In Frecke area these Melanocyte are more active and produce more pigment when our skin is exposed to Sunlight. So people having freckles must protect their skin from sunlight. While going out they must cover the face with cap,umbrella, chadar or dopatta etc and must apply Sunblock during day time of at least 60 SPF (For example U- Veil Forte Cream). In addition there are some creams which lighten these areas which are generally applied at night on these freckles.
