I have a Stubborn FDE pigmentation patch on my nose.I have used almost all the topical creams to lighten it but all in vain.
I want to know if there is any specific laser treatment available in RawalPindi/Islamabad to lighten the pigmentation .

Tyro-Nase Plus, Sanclear, Belle lighting cream .Can you guide me if there is any other good option ?Currently using Tyro-Nase plus and i believe there is 10% improvement.

in market different formula are available but their mode of action are different ,tyronase plus having Kojic acid whic also act as whitening agent ,such post inflammatory hyperpigmentation takes time to resolve and many factors play role ,if you are using this cream more than 3 months but don't complete result then you can consult online via marham for full details
