Talk to Dermatologist on Face Skin

hi, my face skin is too oily specially in summer. having face skin problem for years. large pores, brown spots and red color acne. have taken medication such as antibiotics and external creams but nothing works. have seen doctors as well but no results. a doctor said you hormonal problem another dermatologist prescribed some ointments and medicine but nothing worked. i want to exactly what my skin problem is? after that i'll surely visit.
