avoid fried oily food. please book a consultation. you might need some procedures. long term acne needs patience and more time to settle down. de-com face wash. keep towel separate from others.
No need to worry. acne can be 100% treated. but i need to examine with magnifying glass and classify severity so treatment can be started to stoo it and prevent scaring and spots. plz book appointment thru marham

Clear cream on alternate night on affected area only in a very small amount and gently apply, don't rub vigorously otherwise it will irritate, if it irritates stop using it
