You have extremely deep scars. unfortunately there is no cream lotion or tablet that fill any scar. Only certain cosmetic procedures will help you. For example PRP with scar subcision and Microneedling all done together.

perhaps you can give it a try. But I think you will not be able to do it the right way.
First of all because you have fault feel scars you will be needing the roller with about 1.5mm long pins. You will be needing a skin numbing cream to apply for about 30min. Then you clean the cream and stay using the roller in horizontal and vertical directions. Several times.
Use it a couple of times. If your feel there is a change, keep on doing it. If not, come and see me and I will give the appropriate treatment.

Dear patient, I think laser is the best option . My advice is only go to that laser dermatologist who have latest laser machines and expert dermatologist.
