Talk to Dermatologist on Excess Hair

I have family history of excess hair. I had pcos but it is treated. I do not fulfill pcos diagnostic criteria now. Only my excessive hair growth is not being reversed. I had andi yag laser 11 sessions on face which reduced hair to 50 percent. I had a follow up from another clinic and my hair growth after that session was too much. Now im advised to get trilogy ice. I noticed that my chest hair have increased during this time. So first question is that is it due to laser on face ? 2nd question is that should i get laser on my face or stop it ? Will it cause hair growth on face or chest ? 3rd things is that i have excessive body hair and i cant get laser how should i manage hair removal or bleech safely at home? Im expected to have my wedding in november or december. Another question is that can i wax my facial hair after marriage when i complete laser sessions because i wd not be able to continue. I am concerned and not want my body and facial hair to increase as its very embarass
